After living in the Twin Cities area for over 20 years, I still reflect back on my upbringing on the North Dakota Prairie. I learned a lot during those years. My family farmed over 2000 acres along with caring for livestock on a daily basis. The work was difficult and the weather often dictated the seasonal success, or survival of the family farm. A solid plan of action each year, started well before the first seed hit the ground. Proper planning always pays off.
The seasons came and went, but the relationships formed, and the ability to take care of each other in the community in good times and in bad times will be what I remember most.
Without proper planning, sometimes, a person looking to buy or sell a home, finds a realtor by accident. Sometimes it's a good fit, sometimes it's not. If you'd like to work with a realtor who has industry knowledge, a background in financial planning, and sales management experience, then we should meet and begin to develop a plan and strategy. Most people's homes are one of the largest assets they own. Don't choose your agent by accident.
By working together we can plan for the season, the weather and the possible storms. Now is the time, now is the season.
Mr. Fazendin,
For more than a year we had the experience of looking for a new home with Arlo Dissette. On November 14, 2008
we closed on our new townhome in South St. Paul.
Our time with Arlo was exceptional. Arlo was very helpful in many ways. He focused on our wants and needs...providing
us with many choices. He answered our questions with the knowledge and expertise of a veteran Realtor.
We left a home we built in 1985, raised our four children, and now we are living in a home we will enjoy with our expanded
family of children and grand children.
We are grateful we met Arlo at an open house in St. Louis Park and to have him as our Realtor.
Sincerely,
Jim & Kathy St. John
